Privacy policy.

Effective 1 January 2026.

Northline Atlas Editions Ltd operates choicesquirkysquare.online as an independent educational guide. This policy explains what information may be collected when you use the website and how it is handled.

Information collected

The website does not require an account. If you use the contact form, you may provide your name, email address, enquiry category, location or topic, and message. The form is currently handled locally in your browser. It does not transmit information to a server or claim to deliver an email. Your browser may also provide basic technical information to the hosting environment, such as an IP address, under the host’s own policies.

Cookies and storage

The site uses local storage to remember your cookie-consent choice. This is not an advertising cookie. No analytics, advertising pixels, behavioural profiling, or third-party tracking service is implemented by this static site. Functional browser storage may remain until you clear it or the site changes the stored value.

Purposes and legal basis

Information voluntarily entered into an enquiry is used only to understand the request and, where a future delivery system is enabled, respond to it. The current local validation state is not a delivery confirmation. Where applicable, processing is based on consent or legitimate interest in responding to correspondence.

Processors and transfers

No external analytics or form processor is intentionally connected. Website hosting may involve infrastructure providers operating under their own terms. International transfers may occur through hosting infrastructure. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

Because the current form does not submit to a backend, the site operator does not receive form contents through this interface. If correspondence is received by email, it may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to answer the request, maintain records, or handle legal obligations. Reasonable organisational and technical precautions are used, but no internet transmission is risk-free.

Your rights

Depending on location, GDPR rights may include access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, and withdrawal of consent. UK and European residents may complain to a supervisory authority. California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including access, deletion, correction, and information about disclosure practices. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Requests

Send a privacy request to [email protected]. Include enough detail to identify the request, but do not send unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify identity. This policy may change when functionality changes.
